3 3/4 c. Bisquick
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Beat egg. Add milk. Stir in Bisquick and cheese. Beat 30 seconds. Pour in well greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool slice almost to bottom crust. Mix 1 stick butter and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt. Spread garlic mixture on top. Wrap in foil and return to oven just to heat.
