OVEN BARBECUED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer cut up
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Line rectangular pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches with aluminum foil; grease foil. Remove skin from chicken if desired. Place chicken sin side up in pan. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over chicken.

Cook uncovered in 400 degree oven until thickest pieces are done, 50 to 60 minutes. Spoon any remaining sauce over chicken. Serves 6 or 7.
