WIENER STEW | |
1 tbsp. cooking oil or butter 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 c. water 1 (12 or 16 oz.) pkg. all beef wieners 1 lg. potato, cut in cubes 1 can Campbell's tomato soup 2 cans hot water 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper In saucepan, saute onion in cooking oil. Add one cup water and let come to a boil. Add all other ingredients. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender. (Wieners should be cut bite size before cooking.) Serve on rice to four hungry people. |
