GREEN CHILE CASSEROLE 
1/2 doz. corn tortillas
1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. green chile, chopped
1/4 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. grated longhorn cheese
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can condensed milk
Salt meat to taste
Dash of garlic salt

Fry tortillas and set aside. Fry meat, onion, and chile. Salt to taste. Place a layer of tortillas and meat. Put grated cheese on top of each layer. Mix milk and soup. Pour over last layer. Top with grated cheese and cook 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
