1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. Ole El Paso taco seasoning mix
1 head lettuce
1 onion
1 green pepper
Bottle Catalina salad dressing
Jar taco sauce
1 block sharp Cheddar cheese
1 bag Doritos tortilla chips (nacho cheese)

Brown and drain hamburger, add taco seasoning packet per directions on package. Cool. Cut up onions, green pepper and lettuce. Grate cheese. Combine with hamburger mixture. Mix half taco sauce with half of Catalina dressing. Mix all together. Add crushed Doritos.
