KENTUCKY FRIED BISCUITS | |
2 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. cold butter 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. real buttermilk Combine Bisquick with butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle on sugar. Add buttermilk and mix thoroughly. Knead in bowl. Pat dough on table 1 inch thick. Cut with cutter (12 oz. juice can works well). Place in a greased round pan. Brush tops with 1 beaten egg mixed with 1 tablespoon water. Bake at 450°F. for 20 minutes. |
