KENTUCKY FRIED BISCUITS 
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. real buttermilk

Combine Bisquick with butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle on sugar. Add buttermilk and mix thoroughly. Knead in bowl. Pat dough on table 1 inch thick. Cut with cutter (12 oz. juice can works well). Place in a greased round pan. Brush tops with 1 beaten egg mixed with 1 tablespoon water.

Bake at 450°F. for 20 minutes.

As written, the dough is too wet to cut. Recommend either decreasing buttermilk or increasing Bisquick. I assume that this recipe is calling for a fairly wet, sticky dough, but as-written it is impossible to cut.

These are the best biscuits ever! I leave out the sugar but otherwise struck to the recipe! They are delicious especially with gravy!
