STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 beaten egg
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 - 3 oz. pkgs. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries

Stir pretzels, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar and 3/4 cup butter together and press in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese; add egg and 1 cup powdered sugar and blend thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over crust. Chill for 1/2 hour. Dissolve jello in water. Stir in frozen strawberries. Put in refrigerator until it is thick (approximately 25 minutes). Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill good and serve.
