SCOTCH SHORTBREAD | |
1 c. creamed butter 2 c. flour 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Sift together flour, sugar and salt. Blend with softened butter. Pat into ungreased 9 x 9 inch pan and press edges down. Pierce with a fork every inch. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares while warm. |
