EASY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. bran
1 tbsp. wheat germ
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. buttermilk (or sweet milk with 3 tbsp. vinegar)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. honey (opt.)

Mix all dry ingredients; then add egg, milk and butter. (For sweeter bread, add honey.) Bake in greased loaf pan. Variations: Can add raisins, nuts or any dried fruits. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
