SAUTEED TENDERLOIN 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. tenderloin cut into strips
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 can brown gravy (13 1/2 oz.)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 c. cooked rice or egg noodles

In large skillet saute tenderloin for 4 minutes in hot oil. Remove meat from skillet and keep warm. Add butter, onion and green pepper to skillet and saute for 3 minutes. Return meat to skillet and pour in gravy. Add salt and pepper. Heat stirring until bubbly. Reduce heat and simmer covered approximately 20 minutes or until meat is tender. To serve, spoon over rice or egg noodles. Makes 4-6 servings.
