TIPSY CRANBERRY RELISH | |
4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 to 1/2 c. brandy or orange juice 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Combine cranberries and sugar in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Microwave at Medium 12 to 13 minutes, stirring once. Stir in brandy and walnuts. Cool. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours. Makes 2 1/2 cups. |
