GRAPEFRUIT PIE | |
1 1/2 c. grapefruit juice 1 1/4 c. sugar 4 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tsp. red hot cinnamon candies Baked pie shell 1 c. grapefruit pulp with membrane removed Cook first four ingredients to pudding stage. Pour 1/2 of pudding into baked pie shell. Scatter grapefruit pulp on pudding. Be sure to drain pulp after cutting into 2 or 3 sections. Pour remaining pudding on. Serve with Cool Whip. |
