WHITE FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. butter
1 doz. eggs (separated)
1 lb. 10X sugar
1 lb. chopped walnuts
1 lb. red and green cherries
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 c. vanilla
4 oz. orange juice
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix egg yolks and sugar, then mix baking powder, flour and butter together and combine with egg yolk mixture. Add remaining ingredients, except egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Makes about 7 loaves. Bake at 325 degrees until golden.
