FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
1 c. uncooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 large fryer, cut up
salt and pepper
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place rice in bottom of shallow greased baking pan. Combine cream of chicken soup and water. Pour some of soup mixture over rice and let stand a few minutes. Place chicken pieces on top of rice, salt and pepper and then pour remaining soup mixture over it. Top with dry onion soup mix; cover with foil. Place in oven and forget about 2 hours.
