MARY'S CORNMEAL PIE 
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. white cornmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine sugars, flour, and cornmeal in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, combine milk, vanilla, beaten eggs, vinegar, and melted butter. Stir liquid mixture gradually into dry ingredients until well blended. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 35-40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
