SOUTHERN CABBAGE 
1 pkg. smoked neckbones
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 lg. head of cabbage
1 1/2 tbsp. red pepper, crushed

Wash and boil neckbones until tender. Add salt and black pepper. Wash and cut cabbage into wedges. Then cut wedges in half. When neckbones are tender, add cabbage wedges and red pepper. Let simmer on low heat.
