4-5 med. size potatoes 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 c. onion 1 box onion & garlic croutons 1 1/2 sticks butter Paprika Onion salt Pepper Boil potatoes in skin until done, cube potatoes and cheese, layer in casserole dish. Add onion, top with croutons, onion salt, paprika and pepper. Pour on melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. |
