STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 or 2 heads cabbage
1/2 c. rice
1 lb. of beef
1 lb. of meat loaf mix
2 eggs
1 med. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
5 cans of tomato soup
Boiling water
2 med. onions, sliced

Mix meat, rice, pepper, salt, rice, onion and eggs. Core cabbage, soak in boiled water. Separate leaves cut vein in leaves. Put ground mixture on leaf roll. Use all cabbage. Line roasting pan with outer leaves on cabbage (that you would throw away). Place rolls of cabbage (layered). Top with sliced onions. Pour soup over rolls cover with small inside leaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 hours.
