CROCK POT STEW 
2 lb. arm roast
2 onions, quartered
4 to 6 carrots, cut up
2 to 3 stalks celery, cut up
4 to 5 potatoes, cut up
1/4 c. tapioca
2 c. mushrooms, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 cans stewed tomatoes

Mix all ingredients, except tapioca, together in crock pot. Sprinkle tapioca over top and cook on low all day without taking off lid.
