SALMON PIES FOR TWO | |
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp. minced onion 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained (or omit veg & use a 16 oz. can salmon) 3/4 c. salted cracker crumbs 1/4 c. butter 1/2 tsp. basil Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl mix salmon with liquid, egg, onion and salt. Stir in vegetables. Spoon mixture into 2 (10 ounce) custard cups. In small bowl mix cracker crumbs, butter and basil. Sprinkle over salmon mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees. |
