PENNE WITH BROCCOLI 
1 box penne
3 c. broccoli florets
2 tbsp. EACH butter & olive oil
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 c. chopped yellow, red or green pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper

Cook the penne according to package directions. Three minutes before pasta is done, add broccoli to the pasta; drain and return to pot.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat; add garlic and chopped pepper and cook until pepper is just tender. Add vegetable mixture to the drained pasta and broccoli, tossing well. Season with cheese, salt and pepper.
