TURKEY CHOWDER 
Diced potatoes
Chopped onion
Diced turkey (great for leftovers)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked bacon
butter
Flour to form paste
Canned milk

Cook potatoes, onion and turkey in seasoned water until tender. Add crumbled bacon. Melt some butter and mix with some flour to make a soft paste. Add some canned milk and stir to blend. Then pour it into the hot soup, stirring as it thickens. Can add more milk and butter to taste.
