1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/4 c. catsup
1 small onion
1/2 c. crushed Hi Ho's
salt and pepper to season

Mix together all items and set aside. Using instant potatoes, mix up enough for 4 servings. In a greased 8-inch square pan, put half of the meat mixture, then all of the mashed potatoes and rest of meat mixture on top. Drizzle catsup on top.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with green beans and applesauce with cinnamon.
