1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3-4 firm tart apples, cut into sections

In a stand mixer or hand mixer add softened cream cheese. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Blend till creamy.

Transfer to a small dish with apples or another fruit for dipping.
