MAPLE SUGAR PEANUT BUTTER | |
I've never set an actual measurement for the ingredients because most of it is to taste. I have been making this since I was in the 5th grade. My teacher told us to go home and make a completely original from scratch recipe and bring in the recipe to school the next day. I made this just by throwing things together but it proved to be a fairly good recipe. 2-3 cups peanut butter sugar cinnamon maple syrup Put the peanut butter into a bowl. Add the other ingredients slowly, start with 1/4 cup of the syrup and 1/2 sugar, and a teaspoon of cinnamon. you can always lessen the ingredients or add to your taste. I like the recipe because it's good for kids who don't like plain peanut butter, or can be made as a fruit dip for apples. I've also used it in a fudge recipe, and as a peanut butter cup recipe. Just add some fudge or melted chocolate to the bottom of a baking cup, add peanut butter mix, and then top again with fudge or chocolate. Submitted by: Kayla |
