GLORIFIED GRAHAM CRACKERS 
1 lb. box graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. nuts, I use pecans
1/2 c. milk
1 can coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Line 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers. Mix butter, sugar, milk and egg. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, add coconut, nuts and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well and pour over crackers and spread evenly. Then put another layer of graham crackers over this.

ICING FOR GLORIFIED GRAHAM CRACKERS:

1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Melt butter. Add milk and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add sugar, vanilla and nuts. Mix well and pour over layered graham crackers. Chill well. Cut in small finger size squares. Refrigerate.
