HOT POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes
16 oz. Hellmann's mayonnaise (must be Hellmann's)
16 oz. Velveeta, cubed
Bac-O Bits

Cook whole potatoes until soft, 35 minutes. Cool potatoes. Then peel and cut up. Add mayonnaise and most of the cheese, mix together. Spread into 9x13 inch pan or large glass pan. Put remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle with Bac-O bits. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
