EASY CHEESY SQUASH 
3 to 4 squash
1 tbsp. butter
2/3 cup water
1/4 onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, for sprinkling

Clean and slice the squash. Slice the onion. Combine water and butter in pan. When butter is melted add the squash and onion together. Cook until squash is tender. Remove squash and onion into a dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle cheese on the squash.
