SCRATCH BROWNIES 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Creamy Brownie Frosting

Blend butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Add eggs; beat mixture well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually blend into egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread in a greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Cool, and frost with Creamy Brownie Frosting. Cut into squares and serve. Yields: about 16 brownies.

I made them in a toaster oven and, they came out delicious ! I added a few white choc. chips and a glob or 2 of cream cheese over the top before baking as well (I'm not a calorie conscious kinda guy "YA THINK?" lol)
I did however change up the prep a little by, melting the butter in a pot large enough to hold the entire mixture. After melting the butter, I added all the ingredients, beat it with an electric blender and, the mix did come out extremely fluffy almost, pillowy.
The end result was a beautiful looking brownie with a gooey inside that I crave in a brownie or else, I would call it cake.
I am happy to post my experience of this ridiculously easy recipe but, if I get a landslide of email adverts from posting this? I will change my email address and, chalk it up as a lesson learned.
