STEAK SAN MARCO 
2 lb. chuck steak, 1" thick, cut into serving pieces
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can (1 lb.) Italian peeled tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp. oregano
Freshly ground pepper & garlic powder to taste
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar

In large skillet, arrange meat; cover with Lipton onion soup mix and tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, pepper, oil and vinegar. Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
