VINAIGRETTE DRESSING 
1/2 c. tomato juice
4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. herbs (thyme, rosemary, marjoram or oregano)

Shake together until well blended. Makes 1 cup. Calories per tablespoon: 20.
