GROSTINI 
1/2 lb. chicken livers, chopped fine
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 can anchovies, mashed
1/2 jar capers, mashed
3/4 clove garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. tomato paste

Melt butter, add parsley and garlic, brown. Add chopped liver (brown). Add capers (brown). Add pate mixed with large glass of water, cook until thick. Add anchovies. Cook a few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on toasted bread, cut in half.
