GLAZED ORANGE CHICKEN 
4 lg. chicken breast halves
Salt and pepper
1 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken, skin side up, in 7 x 12 inch metal baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Combine next 5 ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over chicken. Bake 35 minutes. Remove chicken from baking pan. Stir cornstarch mixture into pan juices and bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Return chicken to baking pan; turn to coat. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees. Bake chicken until cooked through, about 10 to 15 more minutes.
