5 heaping tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. butter

Cook flour in milk until thick. Remove from heat and cool. In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients. When flour mixture is cool, add to ingredients in bowl and mix at high speed until creamy.
