TURKEY WEDDING SALAD 
5-7 lb. turkey breast, cooked according to directions, 25 min. a lb.
6 green onions, chopped
1 qt. jar pimiento olives, sliced
1 c. toasted, salted peanuts (more if needed)
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 jar Durkee's Dressing mustard
1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Sliver by hand the turkey breast into large bowl. Add all the other ingredients; mix well. Serve as salad on buffet. Yield: 50 to 75 servings.
