DOUBLE COATED CHICKEN 
3 lb. frying chicken
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. Corn Flake crumbs
3 tbsp. butter

Wash and dry chicken thoroughly. Beat egg, and milk together, then add flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Dip chicken in batter, drain. Coat with Corn Flake crumbs. Place in single layer in foil lined baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
