SKIMPY SHRIMP | |
2 cans shrimp 1/2 lb. Velveeta or American or cheddar cheese, grated 6 slices white bread, buttered & cubed 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1 tbsp. melted butter Layer bread crumbs, shrimp and cheese in a buttered dish. Sprinkle each layer with a dash of dry mustard. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over above. Place casserole in refrigerator overnight or at least several hours. Bake in a pan of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or longer. Test with knife. Knife should come out clean. |
