6 boxes assorted mini snack crackers
1 bottle Orville Redenbackers popcorn oil
Salad oil to make 2 c. total of oil
2 pkgs. dry Ranch dressing with bacon mix
4 tbsp. lemon pepper

Combine crackers in large bowl. Stir together remaining ingredients and drizzle over the crackers, stirring frequently. Place in 300 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring every half hour until oil is absorbed. Store in tightly covered container. This makes a large batch but disappears rapidly.
