AMISH SUGAR COOKIE 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine granulated and powdered sugar, butter and cooking oil. Beat well add eggs and beat again. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll in small balls. Dip in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten the balls slightly with a glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
