HAM AND MOZZARELLA QUICHE | |
1 pie pastry shell, unbaked 1/2 c. ham, diced 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, diced 1 1/2 c. milk, scalded & cooled 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Bake shell 425 degrees 8 minutes or until bottom is firm. Place ham and cheese on bottom of pie shell. Blend milk, eggs, salt and pepper; pour into pie. Bake at 375 degrees 35 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Serves 6-8. |
