STIR - N - ROLL BISCUITS
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Wesson oil
2/3 c. milk

Heat oven to 475 degrees (very hot). Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour Wesson oil and milk into a measuring cup (but don't stir). Then pour all at once into flour. Stir with fork until mixture cleans sides of bowl and rounds up into a ball. Smooth by kneading dough about 10 times without additional flour.

With the dough on waxed paper, press out 1/4 inch thick with hands or roll out between waxed papers. For higher biscuits, roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with unfloured cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. For all-over golden crusts, allow space around each biscuit. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. 16 biscuits - 85 calories each. 12 biscuits - 125 calories each.
