Dissolve 1 (3 oz.) Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 pint vanilla ice cream, stirring until ice cream is melted. Add 2/3 cup diced, drained fruit. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Garnish with 1 cup diced fruit. 6 servings.
