SCOTCH-A-ROOS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Rice Krispies

Mix together sugar and Karo syrup. Boil until clear. Add peanut butter and Rice Krispies. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) butterscotch chips

Melt and spread on top.
