TURKEY STUFFING 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 lb. butter
5-6 lg. eggs
1 pt. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped celery

Saute 1/2 cup chopped onion in 1/4 pound shortening. Let cool. Beat well 5-6 large eggs. Add 1 pint half & half. Pour over 1 loaf fresh bread (cubed without crust) or a box of Kellogg's Croutons. Mix. Add onion; mix again. Add 1 cup chopped celery and salt to taste.
