RICE PILAF | |
1 c. long grain rice 2 sm. onions, chopped 1 stalk celery and leaves 3 bouillon cubes 1/3 crushed bay leaf 1 tbsp. brown sugar Brown rice and onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Add approximately 2 1/2 cups water or whatever amount of water is listed on rice package to cook 1 cup. Cook tightly covered over low heat for 45 minutes. |
