2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
2 slightly beaten eggs
Pinch of salt
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple with syrup

Mix all together and bake in 9x12 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 stick Imperial or butter
2/3 c. Carnation milk
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil together 5 minutes. Pour hot mixture over hot cake. Serve with La Creme or whip cream.
