1 head cabbage, cut up
3 med. apples, cut up
1 med. carrots, shredded
1 bag of shredded cheese
1 lemon rind, shredded

Mix well.

COLESLAW DRESSING:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
Juice from 1 lemon

Mix well and pour over coleslaw.
