2 c. flour (self-rising)
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. soft butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. flour

Mix all together, sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

A HELPFUL BAKING HINT:

Mix together 1 cup shortening and 1/2 cup flour. Use to grease anything and things will not stick. Guaranteed! Also, you may store in jar or plastic container and pull out to use at any time. Will not go bad.
