CHICKEN HOT DISH 
2 c. raw macaroni
2 c. diced chicken or turkey
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
1/2 diced green pepper
1/2 diced onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pimento, cut fine or small jar
4 hard-cooked eggs (optional)

Mix everything except eggs. Refrigerate overnight. Add eggs. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting in squares. Serve with sauce made of 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 3/4 cup milk, heated.
