CHICKEN HEKKA 
Chicken
3 tbsp. sake
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. shoyu
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced bamboo shoots
Chopped green onions
Carrots, cut thin

Brown chicken. Add sake, sugar and shoyu. When liquid boils and meat is done add all vegetables and cook 10 minutes. To keep from drying add little water and more sake, shoyu, sugar to taste. Note: Chop onions big.
